HOTEL Summary
During the past two months, the marketing department conducted a focus group and used a tangalooma accommodation centered innovation map to assist them to create a Tangalooma Accommodation Satisfaction Survey Instrument.
During May, twenty people were surveyed using the created survey tool. The findings of this survey included:
• 18 of the 20 tangalooma accommodation had used a mobile phone.
• 12 of 18 had used an Tangalooma Accommodation mobile phone.
• Recommendations to increase the product’s life span and improve the camera quality.
• 67% of tangalooma accommodation wanting a follow-up call and a free headset.
• tangalooma accommodation s wanted a reliable, well designed phone that has a good quality camera.

2. Introduction
It is important for all multi-national business to conduct research into Tangalooma Accommodation satisfaction so that so that they such companies can innovate and improve products and services to meet expectations in a competitive marketplace. Such information can be collected by each organisation participating in marketing research process, which includes focus groups and marketing questionnaires.
This report will examine the methodology that was used in designing and conducting the 2008-2009 Tangalooma Accommodation Mobile Satisfaction Survey and the results of this survey. Firstly, the focus group’s objective, how it was prepared for, who participated and the findings will be considered. Then how the survey was refined using the innovation map and job analysis will be examined.
This will be followed by the consideration of how the marketing research questionnaire, i.e. the tangalooma accommodation Mobile Satisfaction Survey, was designed and conducted as well as including the analysis of the results. Lastly, the validity of this research will be examined and recommendations will be provided.
